Wild Magic Retreat
Flear Farm, Devon, England
May 11 - 15, 2026
This is peak Devon! No exaggeration, Spring at full volume with bluebells in the ancient woods, predawn birdsong and the wild energy of the flowers, herbs, woods and hedges holding us in their generous embrace. For four lush days we’ll root into the land, the body, and each other with yoga, foraging, wild swimming, crafting herbal tonics, long walks, deep rest, and a lot of laughter. Think nettles, wild garlic, dandelion feasts, butterflies, bare feet, and that unmistakable feeling of coming back to yourself.
Our home base is a gorgeous manor house at Flear Farm, set on 27 acres of rolling land with ancient bluebell woods, farm animals , indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, infrared sauna, and steam room. We’ll eat insanely good organic meals cooked by our personal chef, ramble through the footpaths, forage the hedges, and wildcraft elixirs, oils and teas. If you feel called you can book massages, facials, or sessions with local magic-makers like a reiki master, medium, tarot reader, or shamanic journey guide. There will be gentle structure each day, but this isn’t bootcamp spirituality. Wander off to the beach, Salcombe, or just disappear into the woods if that’s what your nervous system wants.
This is a small intimate retreat so grab your spot today! If you want to really get away from it all and deeply nourish your body, mind and soul then this is your opportunity! Go deeeepppper…

Full Moon in Leo and Imbolc Ceremony
Heal Kingsbrige (18 Fore Street) February 1, 2026 • 4-5:30 pm
Join Whitney Littlewood on Sunday, February 1, from 4–5:30pm to honor the Full Moon in Leo and Imbolc, a powerful threshold of fire, courage, and renewal.
If you’ve been quietly tending the flame of what you love even when the world has felt dark, cold, or dismissive, this is your invitation to bring it into the light of the Full Moon. Not from ego but from devotion.
Leo calls us into heart-led bravery: the courage to rise again and again in service to love.
Imbolc, the cross-quarter day on the Wheel of the Year, marks the moment the earth begins to thaw. When creativity stirs beneath the surface and something inside you starts whispering, it’s time!
Under this Full Moon, we’ll call on Brigid, guardian of the hearth and keeper of the eternal flame, to help us:
release the stories, roles, and patterns that keep us small
lay down the ego armor that once kept us safe but now keeps us hidden
reconnect to what you truly love — and choose it again with clarity and courage
Through movement, breath, ritual, intention, and community, we’ll tend the fire together and set the next cycle into motion, so this spring you’re blooming rooted, resourced, and aligned.
You’ll leave feeling:
clearer about what matters most
reconnected to your heart and creative fire
steadier in your devotion, even when things feel uncertain
ready to be seen
Please wear warm, comfortable clothes you can move in.
Bring a blanket, water bottle, journal, and an offering for the altar, something representing earth, air, fire, water, or spirit.

Yoga
My love affair with yoga began in the year 2000 at the Yoga Tree Stanyan and It’s Yoga studios in San Francisco. Over the last 20 years I’ve practiced many different yoga traditions including Ashtanga, Sivananda, and Anusara. I have been blessed with many wonderful teachers and have completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training. I currently teach Rasa Yoga, a Tantric-based, deep soul flow which weaves energetic alignment with mudra, mantra and empowerment practices developed by Sianna Sherman. I bow in humble gratitude to Sianna, the Rasa Yoga Collective and all the teachers that have shared their knowledge, wisdom and energy with me on my journey.
Ritual
A ritual is anything you do to bring yourself and others into a deeper state of presence and appreciation. Rituals create an occasion for magic! Rituals demarcate time and space to go inward for self-inquiry, release, intention setting, giving thanks, baring witness and celebrating. Join me for LIVE Full Moon rituals at Heal Wellbeing in Kingsbridge, Devon. I would love to have you!
